As people leave their home country and move to the United States of America, it is typically in hopes to start a new chapter in their life. There are many reasons why one person or a whole family may move to the U.S. from a foreign country. Some may leave for the work opportunity and education, or they may move here to escape violence in their country in hopes of better living conditions. Everyone who moves here from another country has their own reasons and will results in their own unique story.
Moving to a new country is something that is a lot easier said than done. This move is something that the person or family may not want to do, but they know it is for their own benefit. Many families leave their home country for a variety of reasons, some of which may be to escape violence, create a better life for their children, get a better education, and many more! I have created this website as a resource for those who want to lean more about immigrants and their role in American society. I made this in hopes to change people’s negative perceptions of immigrants and to inspire others to make a change.
